As part of quality management teams; he conducted training on various quality standards to delivery teams. He has worked with reputed engineering consultancy firms, developed and implemented software solutions, designed and customized to various client needs which were implemented successful.
He has spent time with various teams and individuals in understanding their “unique” strengths and mentored them to achieve their true potential.
His focus has been on behavioral change combining it with real and practical recommendations. He brings deep experience in human capital management, psychology, training and education.
He has conducted talent evaluation programs for reputed schools and colleges like KHS (Pune), Shri N.R. High School (Indapur) to name a few. He has also been a visiting faculty member at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) for conducting course on “E-Commerce & web-based marketing”. He has counselled individuals on career guidance and management, career change etc. Using a scientific approach, he has helped them understand their strengths, challenges and guided them on life skill recommendations.

He is certified in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and in Basic Counselling, Advance counselling and psychotherapy.He has B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A in Marketing and Computer Management from Pune University.
