We conducted a talent evaluation, career counselling and goal setting program for a highly reputed student welfare organization in Pune. We worked with the senior members and conducted a talent evaluation, career counselling and goal setting exercise for selected candidates.
Overall the outcome of this program was excellent as we could gauge the improvement in the selected candidates from the program. The candidates were extremely happy to know their unique talent and strengths (aptitude, personality, skills etc.). They could relate to the challenges and are now working towards adopting the life skill recommendations based on the evaluation and counselling.
Goal setting exercise helped individuals to set their priorities, align themselves towards their identified goals and work towards achieving them in a focused manner.
