We conducted a talent evaluation and career counselling workshop for 10th standard student and their parents for a highly reputed class in Pune. We addressed the major concerns that parents and their children have with regard to career decisions. We briefed them on the concept of multiple intelligence and how the can understand themselves better, the perception and factual corrections they need to do, the self image they have formed. Overall it was a successful program with good participation and interaction with parents and students.
